The cable companies want to say they own the lines until you have a bad home run. Once found, suddenly there is a charge to replace "Their" line. Why do they suddenly disown the line when its bad but its thiers when it is good.
I am not sure if its this way everywhere but Bright House takes this stance. They why they have a wire maintenance plan included if you sign up for triple play or pay 2.95 a month if you have basic only.
