If in fact you are a w-2 employee you must be paid in full by the end of the current pay cycle in most states. Some states such as California state they must pay you in full upon termination. As well as a full time employee make sure you get any due vacation pay as well as long as you don't reside in a state were vacation pay is considered a fringe benefit.
