For whatever reason I get an error trying to post in company forum. Maybe someone could post the link there. It may help save a few techs headache if they can research them. New Vision was sued by their hybrid contractor/employees for Over time. Was class action but am not sure as to how many participated. They filed for bankruptcy and should lose their business. I'm assuming bankruptcy was to stave off the lawsuit. Sux for the techs.
