Seems pretty simple to me. If its on their house its their property. The whole; possesion is 9/10ths thing... When I do an install, I talk to the cust, and ask them what they want. Do you want to sacrifice a Sat line for internet? Or do you want me to run a new line? your call... And as was said before, If its on the house and un-used, its fair game..
