I disagree with the idea that those documents became useless. Those documents prove intent and were voted upon by an establishment of  government that was intending it's constitution to lay out scripted rules. Later known as.... The point is the difference in how you and I view and/or interpret 'intent' and 'reason'. In law, intent is the premise for violation.?
