Wasn't it just a few years ago that the ruling party in Haiti were giving the opposition Haitian neck ties?? (That's a tire that has been soaked in gas then placed around the neck and set on fire) This was usually done to the poor bastard while they were still alive and aware of what was happening..
Hell maybe we should make Haiti a US territory like Porto Ricio then they can have welfare and all the other government programs and even vote then not have to pay any taxes.
