Whether they call you first or not, you still get the chargeback.  If they call you, and you roll on the call, thats still a chargeback.  The customer is not going to pay you for the truck roll, and in the end thats a chargeback. 

Its a lose-lose situation for the tech.  IF you sign a contract saying you agree to be chargebacked, you really can't complain when they do it. Tell these companies to install their own sh*t.  You can not make money at home!!
