When does your hourly pay begin? Do you have keys to a company truck? Have you seen all the insurance certificates? Regardless of completion rate....what do you get paid? How far will you be sent for a job? What are you paid as you return the company truck to the company yard? What are you paid as you draw materials from the company supply room? After you have spent forty hours in a pay period...what is your rate of pay?
That tier crap is less that half what contractors expect.
