Well, let me start by saying that all of you have made a good point. I am a construction manager for a company, however I will always be a lineman. If there is a SH** Job that is dangerous and absolutely has to get done I will not threaten my guys as I have seen companies do in my career. I still lace my Wescos up and still have my hooks, instead of threatening them I will be right there on the pole with them or will take the pole myself. As far as the IRS that is a true statement, however you have to have substantal proof that they are doing that. Whatever you guys decide to do, use caution because most of you do have a family to take care of and the bills don't stop just because you stop working. Just my thoughts. Good Luck
