First and foremost the government shouldn't have to "bailout". If you or I fail we fail and some other company or person WILL pop up in our place.
Now that being said. If they have paid the monies and penalties back, they should answer to the their stockholders etc. not the government.
The President is putting Czars over different aspects of country and the only that does is worry me.
