Yes, it is employees or contractors for sure.  I dont know if they or current or from the past.  I put on the locking terminators after I disconnect them.  I also cut off the fitting.  It just makes it easier to see from the ground when I go back through.  It helps with sales though.  I threaten to call the cops and the MSO if they dont sign up.  One house I done has never been a paying customer!
