IMHO.  If a bank has paid back the government "us" 100% then they do not have to worry about big brother.  I do feel that there should be better regulations in place.  De-regulating every thing is not an answer as we have seen.  There has to be some type of oversite so this doesnt happen again.  It worked pretty well from the depression till now when everything was de-regulated.
