The tech did the right thing by calling his supervisor to explain the situation. The supervisor said That
this job is a repeat service call and it was show up on the repeat report as service call on service call
within the first thirty days. "WTF" The tech did not go back in the house and closed the job as no access.
The supervisor said that he will write the tech up the next time that the orders are not followed through.
