and the slugs at the state level use the cover of the federal government. They dont want to be the one to not get reelected challenging the new free right given to them by the feds regardless of the Constitution. Any bill in congress should start with what in the Constitution give the feds the authority to enact it. With  the way the media is, everything gets spin. Replace that with facts and it will get interesting.
