I don't think she was trying to revise history or spew propaganda. Unlike the federal government who does it at every convenience. The finger could be pointed in many directions. I would guess this was a copy/paste and  I am pretty sure noone is coming to the cabl bar for a history lesson. The fact of the matter is: if you really want to blame someone for spending and deficits then look in the mirror. We the people are allowing this to continue and furthermore the president can't spend a dime without congressional approval. There has never really been a  legitimate surplus, it is always based on speculation. Take it easy tiger/toaster your aggrevation is shared by many. A heavy bag and some serious hand and foot action works for me. 2010 baby, vote all the bums out!
