They recently cut 7 guys off our staff just because they called in to dispatch too much. The local office here has changed all kinds of crap. They claim we are paperless yet I spend 10 minutes every job filling out workorders. Top it all off they changed the eqa specs for modems and mta's and if it falls out for any reason in the last 7 days we are rolling back on our dime. We are currently being paid for drops only if we do an upgrade but hey I'll take it if I can get it. It seems that as soon as one thing gets right they want to force people to fail in another catagory.
