No pay for drops, 300 foot 3 bump pole drops for free, 30 minutes of paperwork for a box install for free ???, 30% cut in pay out ???, lifetime background checks ?? Ya'll need to unite and walk the eff out and leave charter holding the bag. If you see another scab contractor coming in to replace you, work as a group and beat them down one at a time. They'll get a clue real fast and move on to easier pickings.
