Trey, What do the republican say about this? I am sure the dems are going to paint a position of bypartisanship even when one doesn't exist. They HAVE to try to make the republicans bad and they love doing it. Same the other way. It only stands to reason that IF they weren't involved it certainly wasn't because "until they decided they no longer wanted to be involved. " I seriously doubt they just got up and walked out and went for a filibuster.
