your absolutely right cowboy. I am a former coal miner member of the U.M.W.A. and the most inportant word in most union names is BROTHERHOOD! and /or SISTERHOOD!
So until you know meaning of these words, you don't need to use the word UNION !!! 
Until you can see more then yourself. Until you can do an install with out worrying about five to ten fittings or fifty or so feet of cable you will have chargebacks until you quit using 59 cable you will survice in 90 days.  But until you can do your job, and do NEW INSTALLS the Primes and HSP will keep doing what thay are doing. If they can get installs for free. THEY WILL!  AND A UNION WILL NOT STAND UP FOR YOU IF YOU DO NOT DO YOUR JOB!
So until you start doing your job, stop only thinking of your self.
you don't need a union and if you do you will not need one.
