I am a Florida Lineman started in 92. I have found that if you don't cash your check day of you run the risk of getting screwed. Back in the day if we didn't get paid right we would beat the shit out of the guy that was screwing us, now I let them know that I have guns and will use them. I never have a problem getting paid!
