Thanks cabledog. But like I said it's not a done deal yet, still more homework to do,and fly out to look at it. If I don't think it's worth it we will pass. Let me ask everyone a question. Would you rather have a boss and loose your ass on a system you don't own, or be your own boss and suffer the consequences  good or bad? I think being a cable dog has always been about taking chances.
