I hate to say it but the only chance of making a profit is if one of the big mso's make an offer to purchase it from you. With all the attachment fee's and H/E equipment and other maint, there is not enough passings to make money. Remember, W/ dish and direct you can only hope for 1/3 passings as customers. I don't want to steal your dream but this is why there are no private cable companies left. Now if you have connections w/ the local big catv company and can make a "deal" behind closed doors to assure a purchase, wink wink, you might do ok. Good luck
