i have to agree with this. we are already paying for the poor and for those who do not pay for their bills. change is needed.
the people who can afford health insurance but gamble without it are the only people being "bent over the table" on this. if there is a better way to deal with rising health care costs due to lack of payment, i think everyone would be on board.
