That is as well put as anyone could put it. Good analogy. I have always thought installers and csr's were important and installers have to work hard. They have to deal with the same dogs and more people and have a physical job. They are the ones who regularly work late when all the techs were at home. Techs would be on call but not every week and didn't have to work late as much as the installers. I am not comparing just showing installers work hard too. I was asked to be a lead installer one time to help give training and other general things. When I was done I went back to the maintenance force and tried to let them know how hard installers have it. It is funny, some of them were still just as snotty about them anyway. Guess they forgot they were installers once.
