Walkman is right. I just mailed off Notices of into file a lien to 11 customers yesterday. I also placed instuctions on what the customer needs to do to avoid the lien being placed on their property, and the effects it will have on the customer,and a copy of the work order. I expect the shit to hit the fan next week and hopefully I will get the money that is owed to me with out having to file the liens.
I will keep you guys posted on the results. Wish me luck.
