I have to agree with this...

BER Pre   1.0 e-9 (8 acceptable)
BER Post  1.0 e-9

MER 40+ at nodes, 37-39 on average at taps, and should be 33-36 at the outlets...  For data and digital 33 is pretty could but hopefully higher with phone customers.
