New generation of kids, we are to blame though, we coddled them and made them believe they are special and can have anything they want! most forgot to tell them they had to work for it though. There are very few newbies in ANY labor type job who can keep up with an oldschool anything! I also started in 1979, climbin, hookin and bleedin. we have bread a generation of lazy,spoiled brats who expect the rewards without the sacrifice. When you find a good one treat him right cause they are a dying breed!!
