Radioman no offense , but the idea is to get the main contractor to pay more like in the old days. There are programs that can be bought that lighten the admin side and this whole blog is about getting things done for the actual tech who does the job. I have ran a office with 2 people and my people in the field got paid well. If you want to run that nowdays you couldnt and thats what the problem is. These guys doing the contracts with diect and dish dont care top pay well. They just want the tech to to do all there shit work and get screwed while they make the profit. So bickering in here about any of this is either company influenced or a wast of time to our goals so lets get it going in the right direction.
