No Radio that's exactly the problem, 99.9% of all field techs, cable, satellite, telco etc, DON"T get the picture!
All they see is their tunnel vision of what's going on in the field. They never see the 50K G/L bill or the 35K W/C bill, let alone the total constant headache of herding a wild bunch of hardheaded, ornery, ferrel cats, day in, and day out, just to get the basic field work done.
