You have been working for Knight for 10 years? You will know me as I was there from 8/2004 to 9/2008. First as a cable tech, then as the top producing RR tech (PC tech as the cable dawgs like to call them)
They suck and could care less about their staff, they have gotten away with taking people's money for too long. It is time for change.
