how many are contractors?
how many are contractors that want to be employees?
how many of that # can do an install correctly and pass a QC inspection and properly keep track of there equipment and not have to pay for it?
basically the contractors that i have seen over the past 10 years that cry about being a contractor have no business being a contractor. they don't know how to run a business, can't follow simple instuctions, and can't keep up or do paper work properly. which means they are constantly paying for lost equipment and getting QC back charges. the biggest excuse is "i didn't know". nor did they ever ask.
finally my last question
how many happy contractors have never heard of the bar?
i bet that # is higher than 73,270.
i contracted for 9 years before i ever knew of the bar. the only reason i signed onto the bar is because i heard that their are people that could not run their own business and were on here trying to change the way i put food on my table and support my family.
