Everyone knows what Mastec does to techs. Some contracted company owners allow it to continue because of the money they can make. I for one could not allow it to continue, made my disapproval well known and lost the contract as a result. If that makes me unethical so be it.
And of course I know BHN is privately owned, obviously I wasn't referring to them alone.
No more contractors, that's the whole point. Everyone is treated like employees, make them employees with the benefits and protection that come with it.
