I agree in a way.but ive been working for dtv inhouse almost a yr.i have been contractor for 12yrs till now.directv is here to screw all contractors and there in house techs.the phone line thing is all bs they tell us here in oklahoma they want 100 persent hook up on the phone line. i tell em eat crap not gonna happen.they dont pay us for them so let at&t hook up the phonelines.and if a contractor was to say hey they dont have a phone i dont want this job then that would be the last job he would ever get from them ever they would be gone.they screw us all.the ones that have never been charged back you must do 1 job a month cause you cant stop stupid customers from maken that damn call even when you give them your number what the hell you gonna do when its the reciever?create a work order and go replace it! just screwed your self doing that.sorry guys we are all screwed.i hate dtv and all the stand for.sorry you all got ripped off.and to those of you who have not.you will.
