Tomosat, Yes that is YOUR fault, If you know you will be charged back for an install that has no land line and you install it anyway how is it anybody elses fault? Some of these replies you'd think you all don't know how to cover your ass, pre call and ask if they have landline, if answer is no, give job back to supervisor and ask him if he still has anyone left who'd like to do a free install!! unbelievable!!! STAND UP FOR YOURSELF!!!!!! No ONe Else Is Going To!!!!!
