So your saying that people that work for the government don't have the right to to succeed and prosper in their chosen field? That once hired to fill a position they should not expect to get a raise in salary as their knowledge of their job grows. That if they take on more responsibility and move up the ladder of their field they must do so for the same amount of money that they started at, just because they work for the government and are paid by tax dollars. Tax's that they too pay. Are saying that if one works for the government they are not allowed to have the same opportunities that people in the privet sector have? That's what it sounds like.
The only people in the government that are coming out millionaires are the elected officials. The regular working people are not, not by a long shot. .2% of a almost 6 million person work force making 71K a year is far from above normal.
