Lazarust326, I wish they could, but nodes B, C and D can not be combined or segragated because it all agregates back through the coax sub-band (actually 5-30 MHz beyond the nodes.
Oldschool, hookman, sweeptech2004 and cert-nazi, thanks for the replys. SNR is about as good as it gets, I should have mentioned there are almost 2500 passings, 1000 active (200 data) and 50 miles of plant agregating on that one upchannel.
We are useing Aurora nodes that are segmentable to the fibers. The plant is C-Cor 550 gear that is streached to the max and still not passing above 450 MHz everywhere. And most non data subs are sub-band trapped. If my idea would work I could break down the 4 nodes (and a 5th) to 500 passings each. And I have checked and the worst SNR on any one node is >27db.
Any ideas?
