Its simple- use the right parts and not Comcast cable coax that has a center conductor made of 99% alumiumn and 1% cooper coded you will not have an issuse. The frequencies don't travel well on that type of cable. Keep proper inventory count, change you fitting and use a wrench, ground the dish, predrill your holes so that the screws hold the dish straight program the remote and educated the customer. Then leave the customer your phone number.
Just do the install right the first time you will not have a problem. I never got a back charge because I take ownership of the job.
