You know i sit and listen to the horror stories of chargebacks, but i'll tell you one thing, i get charged back on the customer calling to praise my work there will be no lawsuit involved, i would go right to the source!! and kick his ass. In reality if i'm treated like that by a company and I stay,,,, that's MY fault! Same with non-responder on a job i'm sent to with no landline, I hate to say it but ANYONE who stays under those condition deserves everything they get!! PERIOD!!!!
