Well........
In the Directv world there are often no pictures............the phone didn't ring back........the box is missing and not activated.................you failed to call to let the customer know that even though you have four morning installs you will not arrive until exactly 1:05PM or call again. OR the customer called Directv to let them know the installation experience was superior....even that will generate a$100.00 charge back! (Customer called Directv for any reason.)
