Oh come on guys. For those of you who are giving me h*ll... you all know that holding out pay for sixty days or worse not getting payed at all is crazy. I have worked all over the country and never had a contractor yet hold out that long. The bottom line is despite what was in the contract... I left my family, worked my a$$ off, made Foster plenty of money and I would like to get payed for what I earned instead of having sneaky contract clauses thrown around.
There is never an excuse for a company not paying for work done. Period.
