Well to be fair if it takes you ten min to do it you really shouldnt charge. Hence why I say all new lines. if your just going to butter bean and run. or just wrap a phone cable around the room its silly to charge and you look like a dumb butt. Its better to charge for the real work. As for the free install. It free if you can install it out of the box. If they want an easy wall fish give it to them. You really should try not to lose jobs over customs and customers will bitch even if you do a perfect job just coz they wanna get something free.
