Good post Radio. I have noticed all the same things too. I have always wondered where do some of these guys get the time to post. I have told some in-house folks about the site and their response back after about a week was that all they see is contractors getting ripped off, cable vs. satellite wars, construction techs vs installers, and so on.
I'm not sure in-house techs can really benefit from the site or add to it other than the technical forum. Yes, they do bitch and complain too but a lot of that is done in their morning meetings and when they come to me for training. They have a verbal forum amongst themselves and they post everyday.
