Look dude, if your doing free poles and free wall fish work than its your fault they are asking for free phone outlets.
When they tell you you have to wash the customers suv what will your answer be. Dish does not require a phone line, nor does direct.
Your contractor gets a small bonus for every phone connected. He turns it around and charges you when you dont connect one. He makes
money either way. Just like the stock broker that charges you a fee to uy and to sell. Wake up and do something about it.
