It's like Syndel said, DirecTV does not care. DirecTV could implement some procedures or take more steps to try and regulate their contractors, but the fact is that they don't. Not saying it's all on DirecTV, the owners or managers of these contracting companies should be communicating any problems that occur in a timely matter before things get worse between the Company and the Installer (regarding pay issues or tech not meeting certain metrics within the company). Just my 2 cents
