,back charges is to steal money from techs,,period,,any other buisness if a guy isnt working up to standards they are not backcharged they are written up and fired,,thats it..chargebacks for people only having cell service,,chargebacks for bad equiptment,customer forgetting everything the tech explained,,etc...and the phone is bull if it was such a vitale part of the system we would not be installing if a customer has cell,,,,RULE OF THUMB,,ONE DAY OF WORK FOR BACKCHARGES,ONE DAY FOR MATERIEL,,THE OTHERS IS YOURS
