Im the guy helping other techs, Im not offering a golden willy wonka ticket, but an ave for techs to learn about there rights. For to long techs have been shited on in this area I live in and people think theyll rule by dick-tater-ship like tactics. But change is here. It took one guy with some balls to stand up for his rights and take them one. During the way Ive meet and developed some freindships, learned of more horrible treatments and learned just how bad your left out in the cold when you get hurt on a job.
If anyone needs help, im here to offer my experience and advise on what Ive and others have done..
Im making a website soley dedicated to my issue, to avoid this fourm as a spring board.
