I usually bake it the way my mom would. Except I like to do a good rub with seasonings. Fresh rosemary, sage and lemon thyme. Not to much lemon thyme as it is powerful stuff. Garlic under the skin. My other favorite way is deep fried after being injected with all the good spicy juice. The amazing thing is that it doesn't come out as hot (spicy) as one would think. But oh so good and fast too. 45 minutes. Fun to do in the snow.
