The best meter that does every thing a trunk man need to do right for now, I believe Trilithic with the 860-DHPi for the field use and a 9581-SST at the head end is the best at the moment. I know there are a lot of JDSU around, but these 2 are a bit a head of every body at this time. The 9581-SST with his software, let you see the return portion with the help of an IP address.
