But the feds would never try to ration healthcare, Nancy Harry and Barak said so. And please spare me the "it is the doctors who said this" crap. It is a trade group representing doctors who came out with this and all they are doing is trying to curry favor with the government out of fear of what will happen if they stand up against the disaster.
