We have a three strike policy, then there will be a charge back on the third strike qc's should be done by supervisors thats what we do and it works great charge backs should be last resort when a tech is making the same mistake over and over again three strikes work excellent companies who charge back out the gate are ripping techs off charge backs should be a tool when a tech is not learning from his mistakes and doesn't care
